Our Story
We’re designers, not factory owners.
Here’s how it actually works: we create the original artwork you see on our products (sketches, paintings, and digital designs) that start in our studio.
Once a design is ready, we don’t mass‑produce it. We use a Print‑on‑Demand (POD) model. That means when you place an order, our trusted fulfillment partners print it onto the product, assemble it, and ship it straight to your door.
What we do: design, curate, and choose partners who use quality materials like organic cotton, recycled polyester, and water‑based inks where available.
What we don’t do: run the printing presses, stitch the garments, or physically inspect every single item before it ships. We rely on our partners for that, and we regularly review samples to keep standards in check.
Why POD?
Honestly? It prevents overproduction. We don’t make thousands of pieces hoping they’ll sell, we make what’s actually ordered. That means less unsold stock ending up in landfills. It’s not a perfect system (individual shipping has its own footprint), but it’s a more responsible one than traditional mass manufacturing.
A note on certifications:
Our partners hold various industry credentials (GOTS, OEKO‑TEX, Fair Trade, etc.) for specific product lines, not for everything we sell. If a certification matters to you, check the individual product details. We don’t blanket‑claim them across the board.
Our real promise:
We design art we’re proud of. We’re transparent about how we make it. And we’ll keep working with partners who care about materials and fair practices, while being upfront about the trade‑offs.
